Chamber Dance Project is committed to new and contemporary works performed with live music by our string quartet and guest musical ensembles. We are a project-based company based in Washington, D.C. hiring dancers in their winter and summer layoff periods offering some flexibility in scheduling work weeks.
Our repertoire includes works by Alejandro Cerrudo, Annabelle Lopez Ochoa, Darrell Grand Moultrie, Jorge Amarante, Jennifer Archibald, Claudio Schreier, Colin Gee, Andile Ndlovu and Artistic Director Diane Coburn Bruning. Our current dancers come from Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, BalletMet, Washington Ballet and Milwaukee Ballet.
Travel, shared housing and weekly salary provided. If interested, please forward your resume, photo and video links of contemporary works in performance to Ellie Hardwick, ellie[at]chamberdance.org.
